Good option for wheelchair users.
Recommend direct booking with the hotel to ensure wheelchair access, they were very accommodating but there was some confusion at check-in and I was initially shown to a first-floor room that I could not access. Reception staff are friendly and the hotel has a very convenient location. The room was a good size (especially for Paris), but wheelchair users should note that we are charged extra for the accessible rooms, do not book a standard room as they are all inaccessible. The room appeared clean and we did strip the bed before we got settled and can confirm matress was very clean/new looking with no unwanted additional guests! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but enjoyed the Pret that was just next door. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
The hotel is above a metro line and the vibration of the trains can be felt strongly on the ground floor. This did not disturb me personally but for those sensitive to noise they may need to choose another hotel, or one further out the city. Wet Room has a lack of grab rails and a very slippery floor, there is no shower chair available so it may be worth bringing own sticky mats or similar to avoid accidents. There was no tea in the room (only coffee), which I believe is typical for Paris and I was charged a lot when I asked for a teabag but I think this is a Paris thing, not just a hotel issue, I shall bring my own next time.
